Ahmet Emre Acar is a Design Thinking Expert with 10+ years of experience in applying the process in various projects at companies like Google, GE and SAP. He picked up Design Thinking in Stanford in 2004 and helped to build the d-school in Potsdam in 2007. He supported various SMEs in their digital transformation efforts, introducing Design Thinking as a means for corporate entrepreneurship. He's both coached startups and created some of his own, co-founding three organizations focused on learning and corporate education. His last formal role was as the Director of People & Organisation at the largest Fintech in Germany, where he introduced a human centered mindset and new work approaches to the company. Currently, he's consulting various organizations in updating their HR activities using Design Thinking.
