After having graduated in general management, Axel has started his career as a Consultant in an executive search company in Munich, focused on board-level positions in blue chip companies. He then worked for a couple of years as Lead Recruiter for Intel Corporation driving hiring activities across the DACH region and he recently joined Personio as Teamlead Tech Recruiting.

With 7+ years industry experience in the HR world Axel leads a team of tech recruiters at Personio GmbH in Munich. He enjoys working in fast-paced, data-driven environments and creating a positive impact by helping organizations grow.
