As Global Head of Knowledge, Development and Talent Management, I am in charge of the Santander University and Corporate Schools and have the mission of preserving and further developing the Group top managers potential, of nurturing the Group Leadership pipeline and talent pool as well as of managing the Company Knowledge.
The Global Head of Knowledge, Development and Talent Management role has an impact on the global performance and cultural transformation of people in the Company. It leads the ongoing creation and enhancement of development processes, tools and programs, to boost the cultural transformation of the Group and to build its Leadership pipeline.
It contributes to make Banco Santander the best bank to work, led by excellent managers and supported by a Simple, Personal and Fair culture.
