She brings more than 10 years of experience in recruiting, retention and culture development among diverse teams. Erika leads all people and culture functions across Blacklane's 300-person team. Major initiatives include staffing new offices and creating a remote work structure.

She joins Blacklane from door2door, where she was Vice President of People. Before that, she led the talent team at a Kuala Lumpur-based startup. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland and a Master of Science in Management from IÉSEG School of Management in France.
