Overseeing all HR topics for the over 300 employees in a high-paced international environment with 5 main departments: Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Product, Quality + enabling functions - Developing an HR strategy based on the company strategy as well as a thorough cultural & organizational analysis - Implementing an HR Business Partner model - Designing & implementing a new set-up and career path model for the Engineering department in close collaboration with the CTO - Setting-up structures & training to empower the different leadership levels to enable future growth. - Leading & developing a team of 5 direct reports
