Hendrik Schossau is Sales Director of Welliba DACH, and responsible for serving customers in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. Before joining Welliba, Hendrik worked as a manager in different consulting firms. He developed bespoke frameworks and solutions and was responsible for leading large international projects. His focus lies on talent management and HR transformation.

Hendrik has published in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to scientific books. His academic background includes an MSc in Business Psychology from Fresenius University, with a specialization in leveraging psychometrics and diagnostics for effective work and organizational improvement.
