Identifying the best match between personal skills, potentials and ambitions on one side and the exciting projects' demands on the other, is something that truly motivates me. I feel empowered by smart and enthusiastic people, and I am currently devoted to talent management, talent acquisition, employer branding, building overall talent and EVP strategy and everything digital. A psychologist by education, so being on people side always is more than a business choice for me. I have both corporate and startup experience.
