Before joining Deutsche Telekom AG Julien worked as a consultant in HR for automotive suppliers. Since joining SCS Personalberatung, a subsidiary company of Deutsche Telekom and later moving to the headquarter of Deutsche Telekom, he worked in HR Diagnostics. Julien has got a tracked record of over 10 years in facilitating and designing Assessment and Development Center. Today he is driving the change towards digitization and simplification in diagnostics in HR Diagnostics at Deutsche Telekom AG.
