I’ve joined The Workshop to lead the Talent Acquisition Team and its global strategy for recruiting and D&I from HQ in Malaga and London. The Workshop was born from the idea that every inventor needs a space where they can think, tinker around, and play. Inspired by Thomas Edison’s workshop, our offices may not look much like his, but our curiosity, originality, and inventive spirit are just the same. Previously, I was a Senior Recruiting Partner for Technology in the music tech companies like SoundCloud and Native Instruments, as well as entertainment/gaming companies like Wooga.

I am currently managing a team hiring for Tech & Product profiles mostly, within the global Talent department, collaborating closely with Learning, Community and Employer Branding teams.
