Accountable for global employer branding and implementing the employer value proposition (EVP) consistently in al ING markets. I develop and implement programs & campaigns to build awareness for ING as an employer and drive internal employee engagement. Specific focus on Tech audience. In this position I balance strategic thinking with "hands-on" work.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute global multi-channel strategy for engaging and attracting key target audience (Tech)
- Partner with RPO partner on recruitment marketing initiatives
- Build effective relationships with internal and external partners and key stakeholders across all countries.
- Define consistent global appoach e.g. measurements for success, assessing and measuring the effectiveness of our branding channels, including events and hiring campaigns
