As an executive, expert, and consultant, he has international experience in various personnel management fields with focus on compensation management, as well as an HR Business Partner. He has driven various organizational developments with Total Rewards programs and led comprehensive change management in corporate and consulting projects. I love my job because we design the terms and conditions for managers and employees globally which need to be attractive and are having a strong impact on our working culture.
