Prior to her current role, Stefanie was the Global Team Lead Talent Acquisition Siemens, CF A where she led the full cycle of TA activities for CF A in Germany, USA, India & China. Through her tenor with CF A, she has developed an instinctive understanding of the talent related challenges faced by global organizations at various stages of growth. This has skilled Stefanie with a focus on the big-picture strategy whilst driving tactical executions.
Stefanie is a member of the Dean’s List at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich where she also holds a master’s degree in business administration. Additionally, she has been credited with a Hogan Assessment Certification.
