Steven has over 17 years direct experience in the field of employee research and organisational development. Before joining Glint, Steven led CEB/Gartner’s Workforce Surveys & Analytics EMEA practice, responsible for all clients, consulting and operations in the region.
A Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Steven has consulted to some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations, across multiple sectors and markets. He has worked with clients from the tip of Southern Africa all the way into the Arctic Circle.
Steven specialises in the design and implementation of survey programmes that measure real business priorities which impact tangible business outcomes. His approach looks at the employee throughout their lifecycle with their employer and he believes analysis should be accessible to both senior leadership, managers and employees alike, ensuring the best possible transition of results to meaningful action. Steven applies his experience to help organisations understand how their results can be interpreted in a constantly changing economic landscape.
Steven grew up in Hong Kong and is bilingual, speaking German as well as English. He received his Bachelors from the University of Exeter with one year spent at Universität Heidelberg, Germany. He received his Masters from the University of Nottingham, and has been based in London since then.
