As the Global Vice President of People for HRBPs and People Performance at HelloFresh, I'm proud to lead a team of people professionals who support the continued growth and transformation of the largest meal-kit company in the world. My teams are (1) the HR Business Partner team supporting our people, our leaders and our organisation overall, and (2) the People Performance team which focusses on building and implementing core Talent management products.

I’m passionate about building great organizations which achieve their full potential, look after their people and create positive social impact. In addition to my People leadership roles, I've served as a Board member (Executive, Non-Executive, Advisory and Observor) and Board Committee member (Nominations, Treasury) across various for-profit and non-profit organizations. I've also mentored / invested in a number of early-stage startups and advised / supported a number of national HR professional associations.
