I have been told that I live my job, as it is natural for me to spark up conversation in the most random places. I once sourced an engineer on a flight from Amsterdam to London – 55min is a long time to sit next to a stranger and not ask "what do you do in Amsterdam?"
I have partnered with companies that allow me to run with my passions and have been able to be active in the movement of women in technology as well as starting initiatives to support non-profit organizations that support girls in education.

Safe to say after 10 plus years in recruitment I still get just as excited when I see both the business and candidates prosper. Because I love what I do, I believe I bring a high level of energy to the teams I lead or had the pleasure of working in.
