Vivek brings in10 years of experience working in Sourcing and Recruiting roles. Always passionate about Sourcing and learned Sourcing by doing. He has worked with various agency, RPO and in-house recruitment teams throughout his career.

Vivek is currently heading the Sourcing teams in HQ and EMEA at adidas, responsible for building the Sourcing function from scratch. Winner of global Sourcing contest run by Boolean strings group in 2012 and a Sourcer by heart.
