Experienced HR executive with more than a decade of experience in successfully implementing HR policies, recruiting and hiring processes, as well as personnel administration and training deployment in a fast-paced environment and with an eye toward business development. With an insightful overview of the retail, consulting, automotive and IT industries and a bachelor's degree in economics, my perspective is well informed to meet business needs while ensuring employee wellbeing and development. As Head of People and Culture across the EMEA region, I have the opportunity to influence the way we recruit, retain, train, develop and care for employees, as well as foster a healthy culture guided by the core values of empathy, efficiency and improvement. In a time of disruptive change, we are helping the organisation adapt while maintaining employee satisfaction. I strongly believe in the importance of discovering people, new ways of thinking and experiencing different cultures as a way to experience life and personal development, which is why I love travelling.
