With an insightful overview of the retail, consulting, automotive and IT industries and a bachelor's degree in economics, my perspective is well informed to meet business needs while ensuring employee wellbeing and development. As Head of People and Culture across the EMEA region, I have the opportunity to influence the way we recruit, retain, train, develop and care for employees, as well as foster a healthy culture guided by the core values of empathy, efficiency and improvement.
