Hey! My name is Adriana and I am Team Lead Talent Acquisition & Office Management for a wonderful team at Appmatics in Cologne, Germany. Coming from a psychology & business psychology backround my passion for HR and Recruitment topics developed early in my career in one of my first jobs. I have been working in Talent Acquisition for over 7 years and have been able to support teams and stakeholders at various levels and build processes in several different companies, both operationally and strategically.
In addition to my strong passion for active sourcing and employer branding, one of my main areas of specialisation is aptitude diagnostics. As a trained aptitude diagnostician, I use valid competency models to ensure objective recruiting processes in order to attract the best talent, both culturally and personally, as well as professionally.

I am Dr. Julia Sophia Wittich, Team Lead for Learning & Development and previously Team Lead for Test Execution at Appmatics GmbH in Cologne, a full-service provider for software quality assurance (QA). My passion lies in designing strategic learning programs, conducting workshops, and ensuring that professional development aligns with our company’s high-quality standards. I also develop competency models tailored to business needs and foster leadership growth through targeted learning initiatives. Before joining Appmatics, I worked as a research associate and project manager at RWTH Aachen University, where I led projects in service innovation and business transformation. During this time, I mentored students and completed my Ph.D. with the dissertation Consumer Behavior in the Digital Era, presenting my research at international conferences. With a background spanning both academia and industry, I bridge the gap between theory and practice, creating impactful learning solutions that drive both individual and organizational growth.
